AI workshop for sports club

For one of the largest popular sports associations in Germany with numerous locations nationwide, a comprehensive project was launched to identify AI applications. The process began with a kick-off workshop, in which numerous potential use cases for AI were developed. Two areas in particular emerged: efficient support for customers, interested parties and association members as well as various applications in administration.

The project provided profound insights into the organizational structure and the variety of topics of a major sports club. A decisive finding was the complexity of internal processes and the challenge of reducing them to the most important and recurring tasks in order to use AI effectively.
